Executive Director
Russell served on the CRAM Worldwide Board of Directors for over 15 years, before accepting the position of CEO, beginning January 2025. He has been married to Babs for 50 years and they have 2 children and 8 grandchildren.
Vice President Leadership Development
Stephen’s father was instrumental in getting the CRAM Worldwide Board started and was a tremendous blessing as he ministered to C.Y. Kim as the mission was started. Stephen joined CRAM Worldwide May 1, 2025. He is married to Aurora and they have 4 children and 1 son-in-law.
Chairman of the Board
David has been serving on the Board of CRAM Worldwide since 2008, becoming the Chairman in 2018. He lives in Bedford, Indiana with his wife Patty. David is a retired businessman.
Founder & Director of Missions
After leading CRAM Worldwide for many years, C.Y. decided to relinquish his role as CEO and focus entirely as the Director of Missions. He continues to speak at supporting churches and travels to Asia twice each year.

Patricia is C.Y. Kim’s wife and is the co-founder of CRAM Worldwide. She has faithfully served alongside her husband since CRAM Worldwide’s inception in 1998.
Director
Brent Steele is one of the original board members from 1998. He took a hiatus for a few years and came back to the Board in 2024. He is an Attorney and lives in Bedford, IN.
Treasurer
Garry is a retired college business professor from Johnson Christian College. He is married to his wife Patty, and they live in Louisville, KY.
Sr. Director
Roger is a minister and evangelist at Christ’s Way Christian Church. He is married to Sandra, and they live in Aiken, S.C.
Director
Eli is married to Kendra, and they have 5 children that keep them very busy! He is the Director of Business Development for B & H Construction in Oklahoma.
CRAM Worldwide, Inc. exists to share the love of Jesus with the people of Asia by meeting their physical needs.
